The EFC Council was first developed at EFC2015 in Germany, when the weather conditions required constant discussion. It started with a small group of country representatives and over time has developed further. At EFC2018, in Poland, the council became the official body for the running of the European Flyball Championships. Every country taking part in the EFC has 1 or 2 representatives on the council. These people work closely together throughout the year to develop EFC Rules, support the hosts of each championships, and liaise between the council and their country participants.
